Orange County Task Force meets for the final time

The Orange County Tourist Development Tax Citizen Advisory Task Force assembled for the concluding time to listen to extra references regarding how to use tourist tax dollars.

On Tuesday, they will offer that info to the tourist development council. They would choose how to split up over $300 million.

Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings said that they have sufficient money to do everything and realize the requirements of every one of the organizations that came beforehand the task force. However, they are going to move the needle.

The task force aims to give a part of that cash to Florida Citrus Sports for a new roof at Camping World
Stadium that would be costing as much as $800 million.
