NMB Bank confirms backing tourism in Tanzania

NMB Bank has confirmed its pledge toward continuing backing the growth of the tourism segment to its fullest prospect as part of its determinations to make sure that the segment adds more to the GDP of Tanzania.

Mr. Benedicto Baragomwa, the NMB Bank Chief Internal Auditor spoke during a tourism segment forum
supported by the bank, bringing together Chinese tour agents for a familiarization trip to Tanzania along with important stakeholders in the segment value-chain. He said that the bank will carry on working thoroughly with tourism performers to make sure that Tanzania is able to touch its five million tourist objective every year.

Baragomwa added that they will carry on working meticulously with stakeholders in the tourism division and its value chain for propelling the progress of the segment completely.

Baragomwa said that the bank is dedicated toward delivering smooth and first-rate banking facilities and resolutions for realizing the anticipations of tourists in Tanzania. He said that the bank has already presented suitable products to support the facility of pliable and expedient banking facilities not only in the Tanzanian market but across boundaries.

NMB bank has a committed Chinese desk to take care of and it has a decent association with few of the banks in Beijing comprising Bank of China, ICBC and Bank of Communication.
