Registration for the 2023 Spring Tourism Update, which will be held in person on Wednesday, April 12 at the Hawai’i Convention Center, is now available, the Hawai’i Tourism Authority has announced.
The full-day update provides a chance to hear about the most recent tourism news, insights, and events in Hawaii, as well as meet with industry experts. Many presentations will be given on a variety of themes, including destination management progress, Hawai’i Regional Cuisine, the Waikk Safe and Sound programme, industry insights, and market updates from the Hawai’i Tourism Authority’s worldwide marketing team.
The lunchtime keynote speaker will be Pauline J. Sheldon from the University of Hawaii School of Travel Industry Management, who will discuss the relevance and influence of regenerative tourism on Hawaii’s future.
Registration is available for $65 plus tax for general attendees, and $25 plus tax for students, which includes access to all sessions, lunch, and evening reception. Parking will be validated for this event.
