Before the BRICS Summit, which started on August 22 nd and continued till 24 th August, South African Tourism welcomed delegates at a reception event on Sunday afternoon of the 10th Anniversary of the BRICS Business Council. The BRICS Business Council was set up during the Fifth BRICS Summit. It was organized in Durban on 26 th and 27th March, 2013, South Africa.
